Experience
During his distinguished 22-year military career, Cody commanded high-stakes logistics, L&D, and personnel operations while directing multi-million-dollar assets and budgetary expenditures. His enterprise scope ranges from shaping global workforce allocation policy for over 300,000 personnel at the Air Force Personnel Center to leading daily operations and professional development for 22,000 trainees and instructors at USAF Basic Military Training. There, he spearheaded a crucial climate initiative, establishing trust, empowerment, and accountability frameworks for over 550 instructional staff.
Beyond his military service, Cody has founded, operated, and successfully scaled profitable small businesses across the automotive, commercial transportation, and tourism/hospitality sectors.

Education
Cody is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership for Sustainability & Organizational Effectiveness at Texas A&M University–Central Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology.
A dedicated lifelong learner, he is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Gold Facilitator, a USAF certified L&D evaluator, and he excelled in highly selective military developmental education and leadership training programs, including Airman Leadership School, Officer Training School, and the Air Command and Staff College.
