Throughout these Terms, "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers strictly to Live Sympli, LLC. The consumer-facing brand name "SolStone Coaching" is a proprietary trade name and registered corporate assumed name utilized by the Company

Section B: Professional Services Disclaimer

The Services, courses, custom diagnostic tools, and content provided on this Site are for informational, educational, and professional development purposes only. Our coaching and consulting programs do not constitute clinical mental health therapy, medical diagnostics, legal advice, or certified financial planning.

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and professional well-being, including your business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Live Sympli, LLC, its members, managers, employees, or independent contractors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.

The total aggregate liability of Live Sympli, LLC for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services or this Website shall be strictly limited to the actual amount of money you paid to Live Sympli, LLC during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
