Tammy specializes in leadership, sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and systematic Learning & Development (L&D). Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between individual wellness and corporate alignment, helping clients navigate high-stress environments, mitigate burnout, and implement sustainable behavioral shifts. By combining data-driven diagnostic strategies with human-centered coaching, she equips leaders and cross-functional teams to build lasting resilience, foster psychological safety, and execute strategic objectives with surgical precision.
Tammy’s diverse professional journey combines sophisticated technical intelligence operations with high-stakes clinical leadership. Beginning her military career managing global data networks, multinational communication centers, and institutional curriculum design, she later commissioned as a Nurse Corps officer. In this role, she directed critical resource deployments for wounded warriors during Operation Enduring Freedom and engineered systemic organizational health interventions. Across her career, Tammy has served as an expert educator and preceptor, designing enterprise-wide training architectures and building consensus across complex global systems to support thousands of personnel.
Tammy is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Texas A&M University-Central Texas, specializing in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership for Sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), graduating Magna Cum Laude from The University of Texas Health Science Center, and she is a graduate of the highly selective Air Force Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program (NECP).
